Ending Homelessness

We started "Ending Homelessness" with the aim to end homelessness in America.  We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  As a nonprofit organization we are a legal entity organized, and operated to perform public, and social benefits.   The easiest place to  verify our ability to perform as a non-profit is through the state of Pennsylvania.  Upon request we provide our IRS determination letter. We also provide our EIN letter.

If you are homeless or near homeless, we’d like to get you into permanent housing.  Our experience with real estate and life insurance has allowed us to create a deferred mortgage program.   With this program the principal and interest are deferred. Then upon death life insurance pays off the mortgage in full.  You can even leave the property to your loved ones.   This is not a FHA, VA, or USDA mortgage loan program. This is not a credit score based program, there is no debt to income ratio, there is no loan to value.  This is a program that allows one to add value to their life.  As no other program allows you to use your health to insure your wealth. There will still be a cost to own a home. But the life insurance policy allows you to insure the biggest part of any mortgage expense there is with the principal and interest insured against default.

Anyone can donate.  The question is if it cost you nothing to do such would you?  If a group wants to donate to assist us in ending homelessness, we can offer “Double the Down payment”. Or an opportunity to do a deferred mortgage payment as well.
