1) We buy the property

2) Transfer it into your name.(if it is a hotel you will get a share of the company with the use of the unit for your use)

3) You will sign a Deferred Mortgage Loan

4) We will create a Insurance Policy (It will be an single premium IUL) Part of the loan no need for payment from you)

5) Upon the death of the insured the loan will be paid in full

Loan is paid in full you own the property and give it to who you designate.
